I am an expert in civil trial, in practice since 1980 with a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, the highest ranking for legal ability and professional ethics. My practice has always been exclusively personal injury cases.

Many of my cases are referrals from other personal injury lawyers.

I've gone to trial often, with jury verdicts numbering over 100. My cases range from airline disasters to car accidents, and a number of these have involved traumatic brain injury, spine injury, fractures, surgery, and wrongful death.

The majority of my practice involves accidents with motorcycle, bicycles, cars, trucks and trains, with a depth of experience as well in cruise ships, airplanes and slip and fall accidents.
